This is really a great place to do laundry!!! Having to go to a laundromat to wash clothes is aggravating on it's own. They make it a great atmosphere, it's clean, there's not too many people and not enough washers/ dryers. It's is easy and convenient , they also use cards!!!

First time back since having a disagreement with the manager. Being here today things are back to my normal experience here which is good. He still needs to make the signs bigger from what we discussed, but the place is clean and the machines work so I'll take it! Below my review from two months ago: Nice and clean but they have a very small sign one place in the laundromat that says once you swipe your card you will be charge an extra $10 that will be held on your account. I think that is ridiculous that they don't have it on every machine where you swipe your card so the customer will know before hand if they want to make that decision to have the $10 held on their account. Buy them only having one sign feel like it's a trick and that needs to be address! I just went back to get my clothes and I was bombarded by the manager about my two star review that I just given them, how dear you approach the customer on their opinion on a place where they spend their money! At this point I will not be back

I use Suds Up's Laundry Service, and I have to say I have been very pleased. Someone picks up my laundry from my home; I get reminders the night before so I remember to get it ready, and I get a text in the morning with an approximate time that the service will be picking up my laundry. I also get a text when the laundry is picked up, which is helpful for the times I need to leave the laundry outside because I have needed to leave home. My laundry has always been returned promptly the next day. It's always clean, dry, and nicely folded. I also receive a text when they with an approximate time when the laundry will be returned. Suds Up has also reached out to me when my laundry was scheduled to be picked up during a blizzard and made arrangements for an alternative day. I think the service is great and am glad it's here!

We have been taking our wash to Suds Up for a few months now. They do a great job, the staff is always helpful and the manager is a peach (and offers great laundry tips)! I'm so happy we found them (I think it was a google search). They seem to know the other customers well too; a nice friendly environment. Keep up the good work everyone and thanks for all you do!

Very clean and friendly environment! Love the option of getting quarters, or just using your card or apple pay right at the machine! Depending on when you go, sometimes 90% of the machines are taken up by employees so you can't use any of the washers but that has only happened a few times. Overall, this has been the best laundry mat and the prices are affordable!

One of my top 3 laundromats in Worcester. Always clean and the dryer doors actually stay closed, have heat control that works, and dry your laundry quickly (this is a huge issue I have at multiple laundromats around here). Staff is friendly and helpful. Plus there's a dollar tree and grocery store in the same plaza if you want to kill time. Would definitely recommend!

Best laundromat I’ve found in Worcester so far. Clean, friendly staff, rarely machines out of order. The dryers are amazing in comparison in laundromax and the likes. Will fry your clothes really fast. You don’t have to use a load money onto a card or use coins, you can pay with your credit card right on the machines! Lots of seating and there’s a really affordable grocery store as well as dollar tree next door if you want to knock out multiple errands at once. Really recommend this place.

Very clean, the washers and dryers are set at the real temperature and not on lower like most other laundries in Worcester.

I’ve been using the pick up/ delivery service for my massage business for a few years now and it has made my life so much easier. They do a great job and are so accommodating. Vanessa is really helpful and so pleasant to deal with. I’ve recommended them to other massage professionals as well people looking for personal laundry services.

Very good laundromat in the area. Has everything you need and almost never has a washer or dryer out of order, and even if one is, there's plenty for everyone.
